Your technician will road test and inspect your auto brake system, checking the following:
- Brake lining condition on disc brake pads and brake shoes
- Disc brake rotor or drum condition, measuring run out, diameter, and minimum thickness
- Disc brake caliper slides, pistons, and mounting
- Brake wheel cylinder seals and mounting
- Master cylinder seals and operation
- Brake shoes return springs and hardware
- Brake lines, hoses, and fittings
- Parking brake cables and operation
- Anti-lock brake system controls and operation
